JMIF held the 123rd New-Year Party with a seminar on 16 January 2019 at Meiji Kinenkan.
More than 170 people from member companies, research institutes and organizations attended the seminar and the party. The seminar about “The redefinition of SI units”, which is one of the most-talked about topics recently in the metrology field, was delivered by Dr. Takashi Usuda, Director General of National Metrology Institute of Japan (NMIJ) / AIST.
After the seminar, participants enjoyed food and drinks exchanging greetings at the party.
